At Wedoop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our returns and refunds policy will guide you through the process.
Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
2. Condition:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
1. Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@wedoop.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Instructions:
We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back. Please use the provided return label if applicable.
3. Shipping Your Return:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories. Ship the item back to us using the return label provided. Ensure that you get a tracking number for your return shipment.
Refund Process
1. Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
1. Exchange Requests:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
2. Availability:
Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
